The hotel facilities were impressive and had plenty of
amenities for the kids to enjoy. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place, but the dining options didn't quite meet our expectations. We struggled to find variety in the food, which was a letdown during our four-night stay.

Unforgettable Family Escape with Amazing Service!
We spent 4 nights in a Deluxe Ocean View Double Beds room, which provided stunning views! The pool staff, especially Captain Juan, ensured our kids had the best time with daily activities. Don't miss the incredible massages at the Rock Spa. they were heavenly! Book early for the Brazilian restaurant—a must-try!

We had such a fun time enjoying the beachfront views and relaxing at the pool with great live music. The spa treatments and beach access made for a perfect way to unwind after a long day of activities. The room was a tad small, but it didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time exploring and soaking up the sun! 🌞

The Deluxe Ocean View Double Beds room was decent but nothing too crazy. It had a great view which was a nice perk. The beds were comfy, perfect for catching some good sleep. The bathroom was a bit basic though, could use some upgrades. Overall, it felt good but not super luxurious. It served its purpose for the trip.

The cheese rolls at the Mexican restaurant were a total knockout—just ooey-gooey goodness. Plus, the amazing views from the ocean view room and the friendly staff were just the cherry on top! And don’t sleep on the pool vibes. they really made our stay fun!
On the flip side, the facilities felt dated, and those tiny rooms left a lot to be desired.

Had an awesome time with friends! The Kids Club was a hit, keeping the kids engaged while we relaxed by the pool. The Sound of Your Stay® program was also a great way to enjoy music together, making our experience unique.
We had issues with room noise. Our ocean view room was directly above the live music, making it hard to sleep.

More shaded seating options by the pool would help.

Family Fun and Great Service!
We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort, where the activities kept our family entertained from morning to night. The staff were incredibly engaging, with special shout-outs to the entertainment team and the poolside servers who made the whole experience more enjoyable. The dining options were fun, especially the beachside hamburger shack, though some restaurants could use a little more variety. One thing to note is that it would be great to have more shaded areas by the pool for a comfortable lounging experience.
